Courage is not the absence of fear

“I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear…” ― Nelson Mandela
You don’t have to wait to become afraid.  There is more than enough reason throughout the day to be fearful.  Listening to the news compare very well to watching a horror movie.  Newspapers are sensation busters.  Around the tea trolley or braai vleis fire it’s impossible to escape the discussions.  Did you hear…
Being anxious does nothing for the crime statistics.  Live your life boldly.  Fear nothing or nobody.  Bravery is a frame of mind.
